Here’s a refined version of your information regarding the Governance Code and your organization's commitment:

The Governance Code and Our Commitment

The Governance Code was a framework for good governance in community, voluntary, and charitable organisations in Ireland, outlining best practices for how these organisations are run, directed, and controlled. It was formally retired on July 8th, 2019, with all charities now guided by the Charities Regulator’s Governance Code.

At Brook Recovery Hub, we believe that adhering to a code of good practice is essential for effective organisational management. By following the Charities Regulator’s Governance Code, we demonstrate our commitment to strong leadership, appropriate controls, accountability, effective work practices, and integrity. This adherence reflects our dedication to maintaining high standards and providing transparency to our stakeholders.
